The Job:

To provide Hardware and Software support to our customers in the West of Ireland. This involves the configuration of hardware and software products, both in-house and on-site. This will involve the installation and system administration of Microsoft Servers and networks, email, printing, broadband/routers, security, firewalls, Anti-Virus, VPNs, Data Backup, Active Directory.

On-going support will involve the provision of Technical Services via telephone, remote access, email and onsite, to ensure clients’ SLA’s are maintained.


Microsoft Server and Network Administration

Firewall and Security Management

Office 365 Administration

The Person:

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Professional, dependable and supportive.

A team worker, with excellent customer focus.

Microsoft Certification is desirable

Must have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Good time management skills

Fluency in both written and spoken English

Full, clean driver’s license
