IT Helpdesk Support - Contract (Sandyford)
I have a fantastic opportunity with a company based in Sandyford. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed IT Helpdesk Support engineer to assist them with a recent merger which requires IT assistance. This will be a mixture of level 1 and 2 work.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a level 1/2 desktop support role is essential. Ideally this will be 2-3 years experience
* Previous experience with laptop and desktop configuration, installation and maintenance
* Strong communication experience
Candidates must have:
* 2 years in IT Support Administration role
* You will need to have microsift knowledge for both desktop and server platforms
* Previously worked with office 365 & Active directory
* Experience with VMware is a bonus
* Experience in deploying end users workstations
* Experience in troubleshooting protocols like HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS and DHCP
* Strong communication skills and a highly organised
