Java Developer
Our client, an innovative software company are looking for Java Developers to develop solutions that will become part of their extended product offering. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team working with cutting edge technology.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a passion for coding, collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality are ideal qualities for this position. You will get the opportunity to work with highly specialised technology
•
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
•
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
•
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
•
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
•
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Skills:

•
2-3 years experience in the software industry with experience in Java & Python
•
A good understanding of how to develop clean code
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•
A keen eye for detail and quality
•
Deep curiosity and excellent understanding of emerging technologies and practices
•
Experience with Junit & Kubernetes Docker Spinnaker would be ideal
•
Ideally you need to be eligible to live and work in Ireland but sponsorship will be considered.
