Based in Dublin our client is a global leader in their market and are looking for a Senior Development Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and improve delivery processes and systems
• Lead architecture and technical design reviews
• Provide direction to direct and indirect reports
• Define and deliver the roadmap for the product
• Act as a PM/Scrum Master for the team
• Responsible for all software development projects
• Assisting with the technical leads on system usability and system improvements
Essential:
• Technically highly competent with several years’ professional experience in software development with one or more modern object orientated languages
• Agile project management experience utilising Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Build relationships and communicate with key stakeholders and senior management team
• Minimum degree educated of technical level
• Fluent English speaker with additional languages a bonus
• Proven experience of product innovation in a technological environment.
