Our client, an innovative global software company based in Sligo is hiring an energetic and highly motivated Business Analyst who will help develop solutions that will become part of their extended product offering. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team in the business tasked with bringing extensive IP to market.
Responsibilities
• Perform and contribute to gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements for solutions
• Translate business process needs into technical requirements
• Develop work and process flows to represent user actions, system processes and data integrations
• Support development of user stories, mock-ups/wirefames, use cases, system requirements specification documents, user guides, and other supporting functional documents to support the solution and assist in the ‘go to market’
• Identify acceptance criteria and assisting in testing as needed
• Collaborate with the Presales, CSM and Product teams & testers to ensure that system design, development, and test specifications satisfy approved requirements
• Work with program stakeholders to ensure continuous process improvement and apply Agile best practices and methods across the engineering life cycle
• Ensure that deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
• Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, provide briefings to stakeholders, and produce high quality requirements artifacts
Requirements
• Positive attitude, results oriented and works well under pressure
• Proven track record (3+ years) of delivering successful solutions in SharePoint and the broader Office 365 suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in UX and UI design and related frameworks
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and user experience
• Experience with wireframe, prototyping and requirements management tools
