Development Team Lead - Dublin

My Dublin based client has an exciting role for the right Development Team Lead!

The successful candidate will oversee a small team and will be required to encourage and support this team in their new ventures. As they are a small company the role will be a 50:50 mix between being hands on and leading the team. For these reasons, it is vital that both your technical and leadership skills are equally as strong. Communication is key with this role, the role will be a leading role but you will be required to support the team and advise them along the way, in order to do this you will need to be a strong communicator.

My client, although small, are making big impression in their field. Their growth over the past couple of years is staggering and they are really making waves in their market. Their products are growing in popularity and provides really innovative solutions for real world problems. The company are in the midst of treading international waters with their rapid expansion so it's a very exciting time for any developer to jump on board.

Required

* At least 4 years of development experience
* At least 2 years of proven leadership experience
* Experience with C#/VB.Net, .Net, ASP.Net
* Experience with SQL Server, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS

* Experience leading in an agile environment
* Experience with query optimisations and relational databases
* Experience with .NET applications (Including windows services and web services

Benefits
