Customer Relations Exec Loans

Immediate requirement for a Customer Relations Analyst / executive with background experience supporting customers in relation to loan queries, mortgages etc to join a global financial services company in Kildare.

The role will involve managing all documentation in relation to customer loans and queries, and will also require you to interact with customers over the phone and via letter in relation to concerns, follow up and clarification they may require.
This is an immediate start role, initially commencing as a 6-month contract which may be extended. The role offers an annual salary of €35K.

Background Experience

* Previous experience working within a similar customer related role within Banking / Financial Services sector
* Knowledge of the Irish regulatory environment with regards to banking / loans
* Knowledge of the central bank codes of conduct and complaints handling process
* QFA, APA qualified or in progress
