Responsibilities:
• Develop, edit and manage frontline support content for our B2B small business customers looking for clear answers in their tone and language
• Stay in touch with support teams on content needs and priorities based on cases and customer feedback
• Develop partner-facing and customer facing technical project specifications where needed to ensure alignment on technical design and approach
• Manage and update product overview materials on how product features relate to clear customer benefits

Requirements:
• University degree in English, Letters, Communication, Journalism or related field
• 2+ years of professional writing experience
• Experience writing customer facing support or help content for software solutions—B2B experience highly preferred
• Demonstrable ability to communicate complex ideas in the customer’s tone and voice by leveraging internal documentation and subject matter experts
• Strong written and communication skills that can be leveraged working with internal stakeholders as well as directly with customers
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work through revision processes efficiently
• Background in technology that creates a quick understanding of technical concepts and how they apply to an end customer
• Experience working with Research & Development teams utilizing Agile/Lean processes a major plus
