Allen Recruitment are working closely with a leading international Financial Services company which is growing its Software Development teams in Poland.
Right now, they wish to hire senior level Java Developers (and Development Team Leads) for a new team based in Wroclaw.
Suitable applicants will be "hands-on" Full-stack Java Developers with expertise building next generation Web Applications / API and Microservices.
As a Senior and/or Lead Developer, you will be working with the business to define, build and deliver technical solutions for complex business challenges in a fast-moving International Financial Services environment.
Technical Expertise:
* Hands-on Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 7+ years of development experience (not necessarily within a banking and/or financial services environment).
* Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Sybase (any version)
* Expertise in Microservices Architecture (ideally Spring Boot/Spring Cloud)
* JUnit and Front-end development experience utilising React, Redux, jQuery, HTML5 and Bootstrap
* Practitioner of java design patterns
* Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production including root cause analysis
* Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewalls and multi-protocol gateways
If you are interested in a Team Lead level role, you will have demonstrable experience Leading and Mentoring Junior to Mid-Level Developers within an Agile Software Production environment.
