C# Developer

Our client creates innovative software that enables customers in the food and retail sectors to reduce costs and maximise their productivity. They are now looking for a C# Developer to join their team, based in their Derry/Londonderry or Belfast offices.

Whether they’re in the middle of a fast and intense development sprint, on a team Skype call to discuss projects or talking through a tech issue over a game of ping-pong, our client believes that if staff are enjoying their work and delivering the best possible result, that’s all that matters.

As a C# Developer, you will help to create a range of cutting-edge, game-changing solutions in-line with our client’s development plan.

Working on a wide variety of systems and technologies, you’ll be involved in projects ranging from ERP-type systems to trading tools and even quality control software.

As part of the development team, you’ll be encouraged to be creative and come up with innovative ideas to improve systems, meaning you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on their product offering.

You’ll be working within an agile environment, taking part in the end-to-end project process including understanding needs, scoping plans for new tools, improving current systems and developing test scripts.

Interested? To be considered, you will need:

- Experience of C#
- The ability to work in a fast-paced development environment where code is being completed and deployed to the live system on a weekly basis

As a C# Developer, you’ll need to be creative, eager to stay ahead with your ideas and thinking and keen to contribute to a team environment. Your problem-solving skills should be second-to-none and your customer focus and communication abilities will mean you are comfortable speaking and interacting with clients.

Skills in the following would be beneficial to your application: TypeScript, .NET Framework, jQuery, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, JSON, Ionics Framework or Mobile development experience.

Please note, this role is available based in either Derry/Londonderry or Belfast.
