Currently recruiting for an office administrator. job will include greeting of candidates, data entry, liaising with office team on day to day tasks. Liaising with outside facilities companies. Updating of systems and formatting of CV's. Manage online social media presence through Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc
Right person will have the following
At least 3 years experience in similar role
Ability to work as part of team but also use own initiative
Data Entry exp
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
Available to work 5 days weekly 9am - 5.30pm
