Contact Centre Data Analyst – Dublin 2
My client requires a Data Analyst to work onsite with a technology multinational based in Dublin City as part of an “in-sourced” team of approximately 15 to maintain focus on their Contact Centre and Networking reporting and analysis.
The role includes;
· Collating incident reports within a Contact Centre environment
· Preparing and distributing reports on same addressing causes and steps taken
· Presenting to Senior Management when required
Ideally you’ll have:
· Experience in working with specific contact centre technology (Cisco, Avaya etc)
· Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
· Telephony technology experience, SIP, VOIP etc
This is a key role for my client as there is a volume of scale of escalation and heavy reliance on this process being managed correctly.
