My client, a large financial services company are looking for a Technical Writer to join them in their offices in South Dublin on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree Level in Computer Science, Information Systems or Similar and will have a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will have excellent writing skills, demonstrated by writing samples upon request.

You will be able to display an understanding of technical systems and support external parties calling the clients API's. You will have the ability to write clear and concise descriptions of systems functions that are organised logically.

Knowledge and understanding of web development technologies, including CSS, HTML5, JavaScript and knowledge of REST API's and experience in documenting API's are highly desirable.
