I have an urgent requirement within the eCommerce sector for a highly skilled PMO Resource Planner based in North Dublin. This job is a daily rate contract with an excellent rate on offer.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.
• Support the successful delivery of programs undertaken through effective resource planning
• Assist with advising managers and teams on the best use of resources and time management
• Prepare resource reports for Team Leaders, Senior Management and Stakeholders
• Assist in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives of the organization
• Review and discrepancies between demand and supply
Key Skills:
• Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience
• Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management
• Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders
• Understanding of resource planning and resource management methods
• Experience with SharePoint is desirable
