Core Responsibilities
• Safety and the Management of Safety Incidents Prevention, Investigation, and Resolution of Electrical Incidents
• Stock Management
o Manage asset related processes through third party providers
o Maintain required stock levels, minimising asset recovery & recycling times
• Project Management
o Ensure readiness for growth into new markets, and for changes in product portfolio
Essential Candidate Skills and Experience
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience delivering results in a fast paced Operations environment
• Strong target-orientation and experienced in setting and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to adopt a structured approach to work with strong multi-disciplinary and prioritisation skills
• Proven ability to learn fast, and to identify and drive Process & System improvements
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Candidate Skills and Experience
• Technical background (i.e. training or experience)
• Continuous Improvement Methodologies
• Project Management experience
• Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders
• Database & reporting experience.
