IT Project Manager / Business Analyst required for an expansive software solutions company with many blue chip clients based in South Dublin.
The Role
Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients
Maintain & Develop project plans and technology roadmap for clients
Establish best practise business processes for maintenance of existing client software
Training of clients on Software knowledge and best practise
Identify and manage risks & issues
Delivery of services in line with SLA’s
Required Experience
Excellent communication & relationship building skills
Prince 2 or PMP certified
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
A track record of delivery ideally with good knowledge of Agile and waterfall methodologies
Good IT skills with knowledge in project management & business analysis techniques and methodologies
Experience in a faced paced environment
