Recruit First IT is seeking a Helpdesk Lead to work with a very well-known company in West Dublin.
The ideal person will possess the below ability:
•
2+ years in a Helpdesk Lead role
•
You will still be very much hands on technical and coming from a technical background
•
Exposure to Windows technologies such as AD, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and a broad range of technical ability
•
Good people management skills
•
Exposure to SLA’s
•
Strong mentoring, training and coaching skills
