My client a leading Insurance company are seeking a Support Engineer for a 1 year daily rate contract in Dublin City Centre. The role is accompanied by an excellent daily rate and great location. Immediate interviews.

Support Engineer
The ideal candidate would possess experience in a number of the following areas:

• Windows Server Administration & Account Creation
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Centre Service Manager(SCSM)
• Strong VMWare experience
• Printer Problem Resolution / Liaising with external service provider
• Active Directory Account Setup & Administration
• Help solve problems by shadowing users using Microsoft configuration manager and CITRIX XenApp centre.
• Backup Management & Administration
• Problem solving for centralized managed print solutions


What will make you stand out
• 2+ years in a similar role
• ITIL environment experience desirable
