Based in Dublin our client is a global leader in their market and are looking for a .Net Developer Team Lead to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high performance backend and systems using .Net framework, MS SQL Server and related technologies.
• Make continuous improvements and have specific input into the design and architecture of current and future products.
• Contributing to entire development lifecycle from initial concept creation through to planning, implementation, QA and assisting product support teams.
• Line management and personal development of a team of geographically dispersed highly skilled developers
• Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to testing
• Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
Essential:
• Degree in computer science or relevant experience in the software development industry
• 8+ Years development experience
• Highly proficient in both C# and MS SQL development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous team management experience
• Results orientated with a high degree of accountability and responsibility.
• Experience with working in agile development methodology, and a DevOps environment would be a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills
