Recruit First IT is seeking a Helpdesk Lead/Manager with a growing client of ours who employs over 100 staff at present.

2+ years in a Helpdesk Lead role

Strong SLA skills

Excellent external Customer experience

Super prioritisation skills

Excellent process and procedures experience

This is a challenging yet exciting role in a company that just don’t have an attrition rate as they seem to look after their staff really well.
