HP Konnect are currently recruiting for a German speaking Administrator to work for a large insurance company based in Dublin.
The Administrator will be working in the German office supporting the internal team on computer focused operations as part of a large project.

- Working with the internal team on documents and templates to change systems on a large project
- Assisting with the design of new templates, testing them and processing them for delivery or works
- Contributing to the development of the template structures
- Administrative duties within the German office
- Liaising with internal teams
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines
- Fluency in both German and English both verbal and written
- High level of expertise with Microsoft office ( Word/Excel/Access)
- Able to work on own initiative
- Any IT development skills would be a distinct advantage
- A background in office administration is essential
- Any experience with conditional logic will be beneficial to this role
