Head of Business Intelligence – Dublin City Centre
The Company:
You will join an Irish based company who have enjoyed commercial success over the years offering innovative services to customers. They have a requirement for a Head of Business Intelligence to join them on a permanent contract. You will report to the Chief Information Officer as part of this position.
The Role:
You will have full management responsibility for 3 people within the BI team. You will work with them to create new data warehousing solutions to meet the company’s business intelligence needs. You will work with peers to ensure that data integrity is strong, efficient and in compliance with data governance regulations. You will be a key driver in the organisation who will improve the company’s awareness around data capture and how to use this effectively. You will speak with Senior Stakeholders and be a champion for this change in culture.
The Person:
You will have worked hard in a similar BI Leadership role. You have a strong track record in driving organisational change in its relationship with data and it uses for business purposes. You are a strong influencer and are able to influence stakeholder and gain buy in for change. Ideally you will have experience in creating new data models, databases and reports for BI purposes.
