*  Microsoft Windows Server Support and Administration Expertise
*  Firewalls  (Fortinet, SonicWall)
*  Office 365 Support and configuration
*  Backup/Recovery (Veeam)
*  Resolving Monitoring Alerts and backup Alerts
*  Wired and Wireless Network Support
*  Remote Access VPN Support
*  Desktop Support
*  Office Application Support

This role is a very proactive position where you will be communicating and providing an efficient support service to clients regarding their IT support issues.
