Level 3 Systems Engineer - Contract Dublin

Our client has a great opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to complement their growing team.

As the IT Systems Engineer your focus will be to provide a high level of professionalism and service and be responsible for collaborating with the IT Infrastructure Team to provide implementation and level 3 support and assist in the administration of the server, network and application infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience

* Degree in an IT related subject
* Minimum 3 years' experience with windows
* Excellent communication skills combined with strong troubleshooting skills
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification would be advantageous

Candidates must have:

* Experience as a Systems Engineer.
* Experience administering firewalls, switches and routers.
* Extensive technical experience in building servers, and maintaining a network environment.
* Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.

* Microsoft Office 365 (migration, support and management) desired

* Demonstrated experience with Active Directory / Group Policy
* VMware experience essential.
* Sound ability to quickly identify and diagnose errors and resolve these logically in a short time frame.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to resolve complex hardware and software faults
