You'll be working as a senior escalation point for on-site customer issues across the Microsoft stack. My client need an experienced engineer to mentor the junior staff, as well as leading technical projects and providing high level support to some of their biggest customers.
As well as being highly technical you will need to show good customer focused skills at building relationships and providing an excellent level of customer service. Ultimately you'll be judged by the quality of your work so experience across Windows servers and Virtualization/Networking tech are all important.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* 5-7 years hands on experience in a Field Service Engineering role.
* Excellent windows server 2012 experience.
* Strong Virtualiztion skills - Hyper-V.
* Hands on experience with Office 365.
* Networking understanding is desirable.
* Excellent troubleshooting.
* Strong communication both written and verbal.
* Full driving licence is essential.
