A leading property management company are currently seeking to hire an Helpdesk Administrator. They are currently looking to add experience to the organisation that will assist in the deployment of a number of windows based solutions.
You will primarily will be assisting in the management of the helpdesk, resolving tickets and escalating further when required.
Requirements
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role
* IT qualification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ or Security+
* Windows server administration
* Understanding of office 365 and exchange
* Basic understanding Networking protocols and concepts
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Good communication skills and end user helpdesk
