My client are looking for a talented helpdesk engineer who can shape their career in the organisation and are passionate about improving their skill-set on a daily basis.
You'll join a small team who support a large number of users based in multiple sites around Ireland. The role will be predominantly based in Dublin but would perhaps require travel to other sites a few times a year in case of major upgrades.
It's a chance to join an experienced infrastructure team who will give you exposure to a variety of technology across the Microsoft stack and also put the time and money into training and improving your skills.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* 2-3 years experience in a helpdesk support role.
* Strong windows desktop support skills.
* Provide first line contact and support for user issues on all areas of technology (desktop, network, applications, peripherals and meeting room/AV facilities) and provide resolutions in line with company procedure.
* Excellent communication both written and verbal.
* Liaising with third party vendors and providers.
* CompTIA Network+ cert is desirable.
