This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, energetic sales focused person to join and grow with our business.
Reporting directly to the Directors you will be expected to work on your own initiative and source new customers and business opportunities whilst adhering and working strictly to our KPI’s and targets. Our business has been built on client referrals, therefore we need a person who can effectively network and develop relationships with key people.
Retain and grow sales with our current customer base with emphasis on customer service and maintaining the excellent customer loyalty that we have. You will be expected to introduce new services to existing customers and develop opportunities for additional sales to our existing customer data base.
Our Ideal person will have the following:
3 years experience, in sales, with a proven record in achieving targets and business development. Experience in the IT industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Our interview process consists of the following:
Two interviews, the second round of interviews will involve , a 10 minute presentation on your approach to developing new business within the first six months.
We use a psychometric interview tool to ensure we get the ideal person that will work well with our existing team and deliver our value proposition to our clients.
We will provide an excellent basic salary plus commission on achieving targets.
We will provide a VHI, laptop, phone, business expenses, including car allowance and mileage.
