Technical Account Executive

Spector are looking for a Technical Account Executive to assist and oversee one of key customers’ technical needs. While this role is heavily supported from our main office, it allows for a great deal of autonomy and will best suit an individual that is looking to develop their skills into the areas of Technical Consultancy and Project Management.

As a Technical Account Executive, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience as well as liaise with our internal Technical Project team.

Duties Responsibilities

·         Provide fist line technical support for customers.

·         Prioritise work load in conjunction with our technical and coordinator teams.

·         Assist customers to use products effectively

·         Provide feedback to help identify potential issues and longer term solutions.

·         Maintain a close relationship with key client contacts and make sure that communications are helpful and open.

·         Identify solutions to reduce support costs

·         Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements

·         Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales

·         Attend client weekly meetings.

Experience and Education

·         3rd LevelDegree or Diploma.

·         Knowledge of fundamental networking principals.

·         1-2 years’ experience in technical customer service or helpdesk role.
