Core Responsibilities

The Front-End Developer will join the experienced development team in the Cork office and will be working in an Agile / SCRUM development environment. They will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of a new solution for the Healthcare Industry that is deployed to numerous locations in Ireland, UK, and US.

* Design, develop and deliver leading edge solutions using the latest technologies
* Work through all aspects of the development life-cycle
* Expand and build on the commercial applications supporting multiple platforms
* Opportunities to work across web and mobile technologies

Core Skills / Qualifications

* 4+ experience as a web/front-end developer
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Strong UX and UI design skills
* Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical details and solutions
* Strong team player - but ability to work on own initiative individually
* Desire to learn and develop their development competencies
* Portfolio of work - mandatory
* Extensive skill and experience in the following:

* CSS3, HTML5, SASS
* JavaScript - DOM manipulation, object model
* Angular (2+)
* TypeScript
* RESTful Services
* Authorization - JWT
* IDE - Atom or VSCode
* Unit Tests - Jasmine, Mocha
* NPM and common front-end tools - Webpack, Gulp, etc
* Docker
* Github/BitBucket
