Lead .Net Developer
Our client is a leading multinational in their industry and have been setting the standards over the last 50 years, being a well established executive consulting firm with a global presence. They have a strong reputation as being the top choice amongst there clients. There solutions have had a massive impact on successful businesses. Provide leadership/ manage a group of technical developers. Currently this role is focused towards team management.

The role:


• Co-ordinating the work of team members throughout the sprints, and acting as the technical point of escalation.
• Take ownership of the planning, estimation, design, and implementation of core modules on the application.
• Co-ordinating with upstream and downstream team members (BA , UX, Test, DBA) to ensure sprint and release goals are met.
• Ownership of the quality of delivered software through maintenance of unit tests, continuous integration, completion of design and code reviews.
• Performance management of the team, mentoring more junior team members.

Experience required:


• At least 6 years experience of developing enterprise-class web applications with team lead and design lead responsibility
• .Net 4.0
• WCF / Soap / Rest
• ASP.net MVC
• nHibernate
• Unit test/Mocking frameworks (Rhino Mocks, Moq, etc.), Test Driven development

Desirable:


• SQL server 2008 development ( sproc development)
• JQuery , KnockoutJS
• Javascript unit test frameworks (qunit, mockjax, etc.)
• Dependency Injection / IOC (StructureMap.)
• SCRUM
• HTML5
