realTime Recruitment is on the lookout out for a Business Analyst to join one a leading financial institution for a contract role based in Dublin City Centre

The Role:
• Take responsibility for capturing business requirements.
• Create As-is and To-be process maps
• Review and improve the customer journey
• Communicate with senior stakeholders
• Create basic SQL queries



Key Skills:
• Previous experience in the Life and Pensions sector would be highly advantageous
• Prior experience working on process improvement initiatives
• Experience dealing with 3rd party vendors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
