As their business grows rapidly year on year, my client have decided that they need to take on an experienced Engineering manager to coordinate their vast number of projects and lead their highly talented technical team.

The right candidate will need to have extensive experience of leading global infrastructure teams within large and fast paced/highly scalable environments. You will need to be extensively experience on AWS and be able to demonstrate proof of leading multiple cloud migrations. This team will also need top grow so ideally you'll show that you have experience of hiring and building a top class systems engineering team.

This is a fantastic time to join my client as they are steadily progressing on their pathway to being one of the next big successes in the technical landscape. Within their industry they have some big name competitors but they are holding their own and seeing some very positive growth in a number of geographical locations.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 5+ years as a manager for an Engineering Team.
* Extensive technical background working with AWS.
* Experience managing a team in multiple geographical locations/time zones.
* Previous experience of building out and growing an engineering team.
* Excellent communication skills with both your team and senior management/Director level.

This role falls at senior management level with my client. It will progress rapidly into a role where you'll be managing other managers and building out one of Dublin's strongest engineering teams.
