Our client, a company that provides training applications to clients in all sectors, globally, currently has a job open for a Data Analyst.

There is a potential to be promoted very quickly of the data analytics team, depending on your level of experience.

The company is a rapidly growing start up. They are well established in England and are currently expanding to Holland and America. As such there will be a chance to get involved in many different area within the business, as well as opportunities for promotions.

In this job you will primarily be analysing client data using Excel, SQL and other tools. It will be you job to take the large volumes of client data created, and provide deep and meaningful insights to customs and the company. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for the client for all queries regarding the application.

• 3 + years’ experience
• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Analyse client data, generate reports and drive added value
• Answering inbound calls or emails from customers, accurately recording their issues and finding a resolution, even if you don’t immediately know what the answer is going away and finding it while keeping the client appraised of progress
• Keeping accurate records of all client information to support the wider organizational standards
