My client is currently seeking a ICT Support Level 2 Engineer on a contract basis in Dublin. The role is accompanied by an excellent daily rate and great location.
Support Level 2
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the key areas of Telecoms such as Mobile Devices, LAN/WAN, Wireless Network
• Working as part of a team
• Responsible for Mobile Device Administration and the day-to-day end user support
• Second line helpdesk support for Telecoms area as well as general support to users on various systems in use
What will make you stand out:
• Firewall administration experience (Palo Alto)
• Mobileiron administration experience
• Experience with NEC phone systems
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks
• Wireless network experience(Aruba)
