Due to the continued expansion of the Operations Team and the continued growth, our Client is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to lead and manage their expanding team of Cyber Security Consultants.

The candidate should be passionate about information security and keen to demonstrate this. The candidate has at least 10 years’ experience in Operations Management of medium sized teams and organisations, and is likely to be currently serving in a similar position. It is probable that they have a technical background, which underpins their extensive knowledge and experience. They should have a good understanding of Cyber risk and a grounded understanding of business models and Operations Management Strategy. They will have demonstrable resource management skills, scheduling and accounting for HR resources and financial resources.

Core skills of the Operations Manager:

Excellent team leader and project manager, who can also act on own initiative
Qualified to a degree standard in a management or HR discipline
A minimum of 10 years experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent report writing skills
Excellent project management and people management skills
Works well and flexibly, to meet deadlines and budgets
Certified Cybersecurity knowledge e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA etc. a distinct advantage
