realTime are delighted to be partnering with a global fleet management services company. The Agile Project Manager will report directly into the Director of Delivery Services and will be responsible for planning, leading, organising and motivating talented agile project teams in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to users.

You’ll need to be a strong communicator with a proven track record in leading and managing large, complex, enterprise-level projects.

At a team level, you'll be skilled at putting in place the right people, process and tools, and coaching members of the team to optimise efficiency

Some Essentials:

• Project Planning and Management
• Team Management and Team Building
• Product Owner Support
• Process Management and Improvement

Experience:

• Sound understanding of software development life cycle models
• Expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices
• 5 + years as a Project Manager leading large complex projects
• Management of multi-function project teams with at least 8-15 team members
• Balanced business and technical background

Skills required:

• BA or BS or equivalent experience
• Advanced management and communication skills
• Outstanding commercial acumen
• Creative approach to problem solving
