Senior Business Analyst - Contract - Banking - 12 Months

I'm currently recruiting for a Banking client of mine with a base in Dublin City Centre that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team on an initial 12-month contract.

The Business Analyst will be required to work on a major change programme for Private Capital, including enhancements to workflow and digital client experience.

The position requires a technically strong, bright and ambitious BA, ideally with a background in Private Capital, particularly Private Debt. Your main responsibility would be to work with the Private Capital teams across EMEA and APAC to capture, analyse and document clear business requirements for various initiatives including the automation of workflow, portals and robotics.

The Ideal Candidate;

* 5+ years' experience of Private Capital Operational Experience
* Ideally experience working as a business analyst
* Background in the Funds Industry is essential
* Dedicated experience in the Private Capital area would be a key differentiator, with an understanding of Private Debt an additional benefit
* Familiarity with Workflow and/or portal technologies would also be beneficial
* Lean Six Sigma knowledge/experience would be an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams
* Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytic skills
* Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
* High energy, dynamic, results focused

Daily Rates €400 - €500 p/d.
