Essential Skills Required
*MINIMUM of 1 years IT Helpdesk experience
*Experience of using a call/logging/tracking system eg Remedy, ServiceNow,
*Ability to troubleshoot general IT issues in a timely and professional manner
*Strong customer skills - ability to be polite and professional at all times.
*Active Directory (Permissions/Passwords)
*MS-Exchange (Email Account Additions/amendments)
*IT Certification - (MCP, MSCA)
*Native English Required for these roles
1 year experience - €25K
2 years experience €27K
Over 2 years experience €28K
These are permanent roles with scope to move into a Level 2 position over the next 18 months depending on performance.
