Production DBA , Database Administration , SQL Server , Dublin , Contract , Financial Services

My client, a leading Financial Services provider based in Dublin are seeking to recruit a Production Database Administrator (DBA) for a 6 month day rate contract assignment, for an immediate start.

To be considered for this position, successful candidates should possess:

- Relevant 3rd level qualification.

- 2-3 years DBA experience, must come from a Production background.

- Expertise with SQL Server; Oracle database experience would be beneficial.

- Experience with scalability, security, availability, trouble shooting, change management, performance tuning & backup and recovery.

- Expertise in the process of reviewing database structures.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Financial Services experience would be beneficial.

€350-400 daily rate on offer.
