As the IT Software Operations Team Leader, you will co-ordinate the resolution of operational issues raised against any of our client’s software products. 

In this key role, you will assign tasks and track activities and metrics to ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner. 

Additionally, you’ll help to steer the development of software to make sure that products meet the needs of users and address existing customer support issues. 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Previous supervisory experience 
- A higher level qualification in a scientific or software related discipline 

Organised and proactive, as the IT Software Operations Team Leader, you will have excellent communication skills. A collaborative approach to problem solving and strong time-management abilities are also key.
