This is a Perm role, based in Dublin City Centre.

Java Development Lead Responsibilities:
• The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the team of 5 or more resources and will serve as a leader/mentor providing people and performance management expertise.

Java Development Lead Essential Technologies:
• Extensive Java (J2EE/J2SE) Development Experience
• Vast experience with Spring technologies
• Extensive experience with SOAP, REST, Tomcat, HTML, XML
• Extensive Experience of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall Development
• Strong Knowledge of Testing Process & Methodologies
• Strong experience working in a large enterprise environment

• Strong experience leading/managing a team of 5 or more people

Java Development Lead Desirable:
• Strong experience working in a large enterprise environment
• Extensive Relation Database experience
• Strong experience with Configuration management tools
• Experience on Build automation tools such as Anthill Pro
• Experience of Ant, Maven
• Subversion, Web Services, Tomcat
