realTime Recruitment is on the lookout out for a Business Analyst to join one of Irelands leading financial institutions for a contract role based in Limerick. Our client is a well-established and growing organisation with exciting opportunities going forward.

The Role:
• Determine needs of system requirements of users, senior management, and stakeholders
• Agree on scope and timescales with the business users
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed requirements and functional specifications
• Manage request for changes to these specifications through formal change control
• Ensure that personnel and team targets are delivered

Key Skills:
• 5 + years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong knowledge of business technology and business applications
• 3rd level qualification
• Prior experience with facilitation and cross-functional review meetings
• The ability to create SQL queries would be highly beneficial
