My client is currently seeking an Information Security Manager on a Contract basis in Dublin. The role is accompanied by an excellent salary and great location.

Information Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing day to day global information security monitoring operations and projects.
• Identify security risks and threats.
• Develop information security policies and documentation to ensure full compliance.
• Collect and report on metrics to measure the effectiveness if security controls.
• Manage the intrusion detection and response process.
• Identify, analyse and respond to detected events.
• Make sure that all information systems are secure and compliant with Information Security policies. Monitor compliance to all information security procedures and policies.
• Ensure all new systems being deployed meet security requirements.
• Be aware of new threats and vulnerabilities and security focused technologies to understand risk –based migration measures.

What will make you stand out:

• 4+ years of information security experience
• You are CISSP, CISA or CISM certified
• You are an expert with a proven track record in Technical Risk management, Information Security, IT Auditing, or equivalent experience
• Ideally, you have Project Management experience, optional but not mandatory
