TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client in South Dublin, is seeking applications from Project Managers with minimum 2 years Project Management/Customer Delivery processes experience within the IT Sector/Technology Sector.
The Role
Your role will be varied and you will be responsible for multiple short-term projects, ensuring delivery against budget/timeline and successful delivery.
You will be responsible for projects such as product deployments, architecture re-design, new partner on-boarding, managed services on-boarding and will work with colleagues in various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Tasks to Include
*Defining, planning, tracking and managing the projects assigned
*Ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently
*Identifying key resources
*Providing direction on meeting project objectives
*Ensuring appropriate participation from suppliers/customers/colleagues for successful project completion and throughout the project lifecyle.
*Ensuring projects are completed on time/against budget
*Developing detailed project plans
*Organising configuration, testing, training and system handover
Managing customer facing handover documents
Skills Required
*Minimum of 2 years experience of successful Project Management delivery/Customer Delivery Processes
*Ability to work on multiple small projects concurrently (10-15)
*Client facing skills/Ability to converse with senior level IT professionals
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong understanding of products and delivery processes
*Ability to manage relationships betwen sales/implementation Teams
*Technical background required
*Fluency in English/ Verbal/Written required
*Familiar with Agile methodologies and principles
*IT/Technology/Telecoms sector experience preferred
*Excellent documentation skills
*High Level of attention to detail/accuracy
*Project Management qualification and ITIL Certification desirable
*Stakeholder Management experience
*Commercially focused
*Strong team player who can get the best from various teams/partners/peers
