Role: ICT Support Engineer
Recruit First IT is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a highly established company to join their team to provide support for end users on the various sites and in the field.
The successful Candidate will be working with a team of engineers for the resolution of a wide variety of problems. You will also need to have an excellent attention to detail and be good at keeping records.
• 3+ years Server and Desktop experience
• Windows 7, Windows 8, Office365 & Anti-virus software.
• Experience with Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Knowledge of Windows Sever 2008/2012 Sever and Active Directory including Group Policies
• Any experience with Hyper V
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
