Network Engineer Global Data Centre

An overview of your role will involve
- Schedule and perform network maintenance, repair and upgrade tasks
- Manage project timelines to support network turn up
- Responsible for asset management of networking gear in data centre
- Document and follow RMA processes and procedures
- Use internal tools and scripts to configure, monitor and repair network equipment.
- Participate in on call activities and follow escalation process to support the infrastructure 24/7
Background Experience- The successful candidate will have experience with NOC environments and working to SLA's
- Solid experience with routing and switching technologies
- Experience with Enterprise and Service Provider network hardware platforms and architectures
- Solid experience with IPV6 and a good familiarity with Programming/Scripting Languages
- Highly proficient in Linux Operating System Systems: Juniper, Cisco Systems, Palo Alto, Arista, Linux, Networking: Switches, Routers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP,STP ,VLAN , VRRP, LLDP ,BGP , ISIS , DHCP, DNS, UDP, VoIP,
