As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating and implementing all aspects of the Scrum framework. The Scrum Master will be responsible for:

* Sprint planning, refinement, daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives
* Act as a coach for team members
* Exert influence on different levels to increase velocity, predictability, innovation and quality
* Facilitate team and ensure they work in scrum methodology
* Complete development tasks, usually from a test or quality role

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and certification as a Scrum Master or experience as a Scrum Master
* Work experience in the financial services, retail & logistics, public, energy & utilities of manufacturing industry
* Passionate about quality
* Results Oriented
* Innovative and Initiative
