Role: Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Dublin North
I am working with a highly established company based in Dublin North who are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to understand, diagnose, and resolve complex problems. You will also need to have a keen ability to document detailed step by step resolutions to common complex problems. You will be liaising with related sales and product technical teams.
• Experience in Microsoft systems administration and infrastructure support
• Previous experience working with ERP/Accounts packages is desirable
• Excellent SQL skills
• Any exposure to SSRS would be advantageous yet not essential
• Strong communication skills
