Role: Customer Support Engineer
Location: Dublin South
I am working with a highly established financial services company based in Dublin South who are seeking an Experienced Customer support engineer to join their rapidly expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for solving first level support issues with a high attention to detail. You will also be expected to communicate with customers and make sure their expectations are maintained.
• 2+ years in a support role
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience working on a help desk
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Technical support experience is desirable
